Elderwerks 90-day fitness challenge is for anyone who wants to improve their health and have fun while doing it. All ages and fitness levels welcome! Log your preferred exercise on the fitness log. The Stepping Out to Fitness challenge will begin May 15th. For each monthly log you complete, you'll be entered for a chance to win a gift card.
